Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) finely grated fresh ginger
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 0.25 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) sugar

In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar with the sugar and grated ginger until the sugar is dissolved. Whisk in the vegetable oil and season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
