Gingerbread 6

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
• 1 cup(s) boiling water
• ½ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

• • 2 ½ cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup(s) canola oil
  • ¾ cup(s) packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • ¾ cup(s) molasses

Grease with shortening a gingerbread man pan or 13x9x2" cake pan. Heat oven to 350°. Beat eggs with brown sugar, molasses, canola oil on medium speed for 2 minutes. Sift together flour, salt, soda baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix well....
