Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for the work surface
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons ground ginger
