Gingerbread Girls

Ingredients

• ½ cup raisins (optional)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
