Gingerbread Lava Cake
Ingredients
- Heavy Cream 8oz (1 cup)
- Dark Chocolate 12oz
- Molasses 5oz.
- Sour Cream 4 oz.
- Eggs 4each
- Dark Brown sugar 12oz
- Butter, at room temp. 8oz.

- Salt ¾ tsp.
- Baking Soda ½ tsp.
- Cinnamon ½ tsp.
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Powdered Ginger 2tsp.
- Fresh ginger, minced 3TB
- All Purpose Flour 10oz.
Bring heavy cream to a boil and pour over chocolate in a bowl; put bowl in fridge; when firm, about 2-3hrs, scoop and roll ganache into 1’‘-1-1/2’’ balls; keep in fridge (can be done a day ahead);( ganache balls do not have to be perfectly round!) Mix dry ingredients (flour, ginger,pepper, cinn...
