Gingerbread Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package(s) gingerbread cake mix
• 8 ounce(s) cream cheese - softened
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• CAKE:
• 1 pound(s) powdered sugar
• milk to thin frosting
• 1 pound(s) canned pumpkin

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup(s) applesauce
  • ¹/₃ cup(s) water
  • FROSTING:
  • ½ cup(s) butter - softened
