Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 2-inch piece fresh ginge
  • 2 cups water
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 3 firm but ripe large peaches
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 ¼ cups sugar
    • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
    • 2 large egg whites
    • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
    • ½ cup sugar

Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 250°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and cornstarch in small bowl to blend; set aside.
