Gingered Pear Sauce


  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
  • ½ cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ginger
