  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 medium, slightly underripe pears (I like Anjou), about ¾ lb. total, peeled, cored, and cut into ½-inch chunks
