Glazed Apricot Twists

Ingredients

• 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (from a 17 1/4-oz package)
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
• parchment paper
• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• ½ cup apricot jam
• ¼ cup confectioners sugar
