Glazed Lemon Cake


  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs; beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Gradually beat in soda.
