Glazed Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more if necessary
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• ¾ cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
