  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam (do not use seedless)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 19 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • + 2 more ingredients
