Gluten-Free Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 ¼ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound gluten-free pasta (such as corn pasta)
- 2 tablespoons Melt® Organic Buttery Spread
1. Boil water and add pasta. Cook until al dente. 2. Drain and return pasta to pot. 3. Add Melt butter and stir in. 4. Add sharp cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
