Gluten Free Rhubarb Pie


  • 5 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 1 recipe gluten-free and vegan double pie crust for 9″ pie
  • 6 tablespoons all purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
