  • 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • 6 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • ¼ cup sorghum flour
  • ¼ cup amaranth flour

    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • ¼ cup buttermilk
    • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
    • 1 ½ teaspoons xanthum gum
    • 1 tablespoon molasses
    • ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
    • ¼ cup coconut flour
    • 1 8- by 3 3/4- by 2 3/8-inch loaf pan
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • ¼ cup almond flour
    • 3 large eggs
    • 2 tablespoons potato flour
    • ½ teaspoon unflavored powdered gelatin

Position rack in middle of oven and preheat to 425°F. Butter loaf pan. In small saucepan over moderate heat, heat butter until hot but not smoking.
