Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon gremolata
  • ½ cup braised short rib ragu, hot
  • ¼ cup cheese curds, room temperature
  • 1 cup gnocchi, cooked and still hot

1. Pour the ragu over the gnocchi and cheese curds and garnish with the gremolata.
