  • 1 ounce coarsely grated Gruyère
  • 2 medium yellow bell peppers
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 5-ounce bags baby spinach
