Golden Raisin Bars Recipe

- ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ Cup Chopped Dried Apricots
- ½ Cup Softened Butter
- ¾ Cup Golden Raisins
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar

- 1.5 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1. Heat oven to 325F/160C for 15 minutes. 2. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking powder in a large bowl. 3. Mix in butter with fingers or a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Add raisins and apricots. 4. Pat mixture firmly into a ungreased 9*13-inch baking pan. 5. Bake...
