Golden Raisin Cookies with Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups golden raisins
  • 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 ¾ stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup (packed) golden brown sugar
