Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1-½ cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ tsp. table salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) whole-wheat flour
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • ¾ cup low-fat buttermilk
    • ¼ tsp. baking soda
    • 1-½ tsp. finely grated lemon zest
    • Nonstick cooking spray
    • 4-½ oz. (1 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
