Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
  • ¾ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 4-½ oz. (1 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
