Gouda Garlic Popcorn

  • 2 cups finely shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Garlic salt
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels

Heat oil in a wide pot over high heat, add popcorn, cover, and shake pot often. When popping slows, remove from heat until popping stops. Sprinkle popcorn with cheese while still in pot.
