Ingredients

  • 6 large egg whites
  • Meringues:
  • ½ cup halved strawberries
  • ¾ cup superfine sugar
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons grated semisweet chocolate, divided
  • 2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons finely grated orange rind
    • Orange rind strips (optional)
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
    • Filling:
    • ½ cup blackberries
    • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
    • 3 cups frozen extracreamy whipped topping, thawed
    • ½ cup raspberries
    • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (orange-flavored liqueur)

Preheat oven to 200°. To prepare the meringues, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Draw 3 (8-inch) circles on paper. Turn paper over, and secure with masking tape.
