Grandma Covington's Cheese Apple Pie Crust
- 2 ½ tablespoons cold water
- 1/3 cup shortening
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup cornmeal
- ¾ cup sifted all-purpose flour
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
