Grandma Covington's Cheese Apple Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 2 ½ tablespoons cold water
• ¹/₃ cup shortening
• ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup cornmeal
• ¾ cup sifted all-purpose flour
