GRANDMA'S BEST EVER BROWNIES

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
• ²/₃ cup(s) milk
• 6 tablespoon(s) butter
• 1 package(s) milk chocolate chips (6 ounce pkg)
• 1 cup(s) Sugar
• ½ cup(s) oleo or butter
• 4 eggs
• + 4 more ingredients
• • ½ cup(s) nuts, optional
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 can(s) Hersheys chocolate syrup (1 lb can)

Cream together sugar, oleo and eggs. Then add flour, chocolate syrup and nuts. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. For frosting, mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips together in saucepan and boil 1 minute. Then add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread on brownies.
