Grandma's Sugar Cookies (Cut Out Cookies)

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) butter
• 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon(s) soda
• 5 cup(s) flour
• Dash of salt

Cream sugar and butter. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Chill several hours. Roll out to about 1/8" and cut out with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and decorate as desired.
