- 12 tablespoon(s) flour
- 2 2/3 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
- 8 eggs
- 4 cup(s) fresh bread crumbs (food processor)
- 10 teaspoon(s) salt (3 T. & 1 teaspoon)

- ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
- 7 cup(s) half) water and (half) whole milk
- 1 package(s) sautéed mushrooms
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs; add milk and crumbs. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add salt, sugar, allspice, nutmeg, meat, and onions to this mixture. Blend well with fork. In skillet, pour oil to fry.
