Grandma's Sweet Corn (Freezing Corn on the Cob)


  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 8 cup(s) corn, cut off the cob

Mix all ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Let stand to cool a bit, then freeze - all together or divided. Makes 4-5 pints.
