Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • ¼ cup(s) maple syrup
  • ¼ cup(s) honey
  • 2 tablespoon(s) peanut butter
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon(s) evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) whole wheat flour
    • ½ tablespoon(s) baking soda
    • 1 ½ cup(s) rice crispy cereal
    • ½ cup(s) dark chocolate chips
    • ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
    • ¼ cup(s) dried cranberries
    • ¼ cup(s) chopped walnuts
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) allspice
    • 2 cup(s) old fashioned oats

Combine first 7 ingredients - combine next 4 ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Press into 9 x13 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 350 for 13-20 minutes. Score surface with shallow cuts to make bars. - Cool. Healthy for traveling!
