Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) sesame seeds
  • 1 cup(s) almonds, and/or walnuts, and/or sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup(s) dried fruit (craisins, apples, apricots, dates,etc.)
  • 8 cup(s) old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
  • ¾ cup(s) raw pumpkin seeds (opt)
  • ½ cup(s) flax seed meal (optional)
  • ½ cup(s) wheat germ

    • ½ cup(s) coconut, flaked
    • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon(s) salt (opt)
    • ½ cup(s) honey
    • 1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
