Grape and Almond Mixed Greens Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon garlic
    • 2 teaspoons shallots
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Place olive oil, vinegar, shallot, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium, nonreactive bowl and whisk to combine. 2. Place mixed greens, grapes, almonds, and cheese in a large, nonreactive bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
