Grape and Grappa Focaccia (Schiacciata con l’uva)

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (¼ stick), melted
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 pounds red table grapes
- 2 (¼-ounce) packets active dry yeast (4 ½ teaspoons)
