Grape Catsup


  • 5 pound(s) ripe grapes picked from the stem
  • 3 pound(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 pint(s) vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cloves

Boil the grapes and strain through a sieve to remove seeds and skins. Add the other ingredients and boil until thick.
