Grape Clafouti

Ingredients

  • ½ c all-purpose flour
  • Grated rind of 1 orange
  • ¼ t salt
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ½ c seedless red grapes (about 3/4 pound)
  • 1/3 cup, plus 1 tablespoon, sugar, divided
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 1/3 c 2 percent reduced-fat milk
    • Powdered sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Butter a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and sprinkle with the 1 tablespoon sugar. Place grapes in pan. 3. Place eggs, remaining 1/3 cup sugar, vanilla, salt, orange rind, flour and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over grapes. Bake 35 minutes, or until golde...
