Grapefruit Bars

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons grapefruit zest
• 3 tablespoons fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
• ¾ cup shortening
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch square baking pan. 2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
