Grapefruit-Basil Martini


  • 3 basil leaves
  • ½ ounce Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • 2 1/2 ounces vodka
  • ¼ fresh grapefruit

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapefruit with 2 of the basil leaves. Add the vodka, Simple Syrup and ice; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the remaining basil.
