Grapefruit Tarragon Sorbet


  • Garnish: 2 tablespoons candied grapefruit strips
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 large red or pink grapefruits
