Grapefruit Tea


  • 2 cups ruby red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed (about 2 grapefruits)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (may add more to taste)1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ teaspoon allspice berry
  • ½ cup water

1 In an medium pot, combine juice, honey cinnamon, allspice and water. 2 Bring to a boil over high heat; strain and discard solids. 3 Note - When I strained it, I tried to get as much as pulp pushed through the strainer as possible.
