GRAPEFRUIT WEDGE SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 package(s) Lemon Jello
- 1 package(s) cherry jello
- 1 can(s) pineapple juice
- 1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained (large can)
- 4 grapefruits (large)
Cut grapefruits in half and remove sections. Remove skin and membranes. Add pineapple juice to make 4 cups. Heat and dissolve jello in juice. Cool mixture until slightly thickened. Add grapefruit and crushed pineapple. Chill until set.
