Great Mac and Cheese


  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces macaroni
