Great Morning Scrambles

Ingredients

• 2 clove(s) garlic
• ¼ cup(s) broccoli florets, chopped
• ¼ cup(s) onions, chopped
• 4 ounce(s) Premio Italian sausage, crumbled
• 2 tablespoon(s) butter
• 4 eggs, beaten

In a preheated skillet, melt butter. Add garlic, onions, broccoli, and Premio Italian Sausage. Cook until the onions are opaque. Add beaten eggs to the sausage mixture in the skillet and cook until eggs are done, stirring when necessary.
