Greek Lamb Chops


  • 8 lamb chops
  • ½ cup(s) lemon juice
  • ½ cup(s) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oregano
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced

Combine lemon juice, oil and seasonings. Place lamb chops in a gallon zipper bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill 5-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
