Greek-Style Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 2 pound(s) boneless leg of lamb
  • 2 dill sprigs
