Greek-Style Lima Beans
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 10-ounce packages frozen baby lima beans
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
