Greek-Style Yogurt with Honey and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ to 2 cups toasted walnuts
  • ½ to 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 cups plain yogurt (preferably Greek style)
  • ¾ to 1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir together yogurt and vanilla. Layer alternately with remaining ingredients into 4 to 6 glasses, beginning with yogurt and ending with walnuts and honey.
