Green Bean Salad 5

Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) fresh green beans
  • 3 minced green onions
  • 2 teaspoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup(s) grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup(s) olive oil
    • 2/3 cup(s) chopped fresh basil

Cook beanst till bright green. Cool in ice water and drain. Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually add oil. Stir in onion and basil. Toss beans with 1/2 of the dressing. then top beans with remaining dressing and cheese. Serve chilled.
