Green Beans, Cream Style

Ingredients

  • 10 ouncesgreen beans, fresh
  • 4 ouncescream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cupmilk
  • ¼ teaspooncelery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt (to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoonpepper (to taste)

1 Steam the beans until just done, about 15-20 minutes, then place in a saucepan. 2 Combine the remaining ingredients & blend well. 3 Add the cream sauce to the beans & heat through.
