  • ½ cup sherry vinegar
  • 2 pounds green beans, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • ½ large yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
