Green Beans with Cilantro


  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 cups (2-inch) diagonally cut green beans (about 3/4 pound)
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add green beans; sauté 10 minutes or until tender and browned in spots. Stir in cilantro, minced pepper, and salt.
