Ingredients

  • ½ cup Madeira
  • 6 ounces oyster mushrooms
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 large leeks
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¾ teaspoon dried thyme
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 6 ounces shiitake mushrooms
    • Vegetable oil
    • 3 tablespoons shallots
